The Ten Minute Gym was conceived by Max Salinas, a PhD Engineer who loves to exercise and participate in a number of different sports. Like most of us, though, he found it harder and harder to fit a good exercise program into his busy schedule. One day, though, he ran across the Range of Motion (ROM) machine, and a seed was planted in his imagination. This seed eventually sprouted into The Ten Minute Gym concept, which offers a wide variety of programs and services to help you meet your individual fitness and wellbeing goals.
In The Ten Minute Gym, we take pride in being unconventional, and this applies to how we treat our members as well. As a small club, we get the opportunity to get to know our members, and we are honored to have the opportunity to help them on their path to better fitness and health.
Our philosophy in exercise is to encourage and support overall conditioning. Our exercise programs emphasize core training and functional training so you’ll see and feel immediately how our programs help you do what you do every day.
We also feel strongly that exercise should be fun, and it should fit your schedule. In addition to our ten minute programs, we offer group exercise classes in which you can mix it a little and enjoy your newfound energy. You may also find that personal or small group training can give you the nudge you need to either get started or take it to your next level.
