The Range of Motion (ROM) machines require only four minutes for a complete upper body workout and four minutes for a complete lower body workout. Add a couple of minutes of rest between the two exercises and in only ten minutes every other day, the ROM machines provide the most efficient and effective short duration workout routines available today.

Among our wide selection of group exercise classes, we are the only gym in the area to offer programs from Body Training Systems™.
