I started about 2 months ago about once or twice a week on the ten minute workout program, and in the 2 months I have improved my stamina. Also, my lower back the pain has totally gone away, and I have been to the chiropractor 2 times in those 2 months. I also stopped acupuncture on my lower back because of this workout program. I suffered with painful elbow joints for years and more recently tendonitis in my upper right arm. Massages and acupuncture gave me only temporary relief. I began to workout on the ROM machine and noticed almost immediate relief from symptoms and by the end of two months complete relief in both elbow and arm. Another benefit of the ROM workout is better muscle tone in my upper body and legsI try to use the ROM at least five days each week.

I just wanted to say thank you for helping me on my quest for a healthier body. Since I started in mid December, I have been able to lose over ten pounds and gain muscle tone. As for my health, my diabetes control has improved. With diet, exercise and medication my health is better and I owe in part to all of you. The ROM machine has been difficult and still is but now I’ve been able to increase the resistances and get the work out I need in the short period of time I have. As for the Power Hour, Joan is great. She keeps the class informed and fun although by the end I feel a little sore, as they say “no pain no gain”. Once again thank you Max, Eric, Tammy and Joan. I wish you continued success.
